Return and Exchange Policy
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at support@priyankainternational.com or by calling +91 98749 69662. When reaching out, kindly include your request number in the subject line and provide a clear, unedited unboxing video that shows the defect in one continuous take, along with a copy of the original invoice.
Our policy covers returns only for products that have a manufacturing flaw or have been shipped incorrectly. Please note that normal colour variations caused by differences in screen display or lighting are not eligible for return. Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Limited-edition items on special offers, sales, promotional offer items.
- Saree orders that include pico, falls, or decorations.
- Sarees where the pullover material has been removed.
For a successful return, make sure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and not damaged. It must be returned in its original condition with all labels, packaging, and receipts intact. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse it from the courier and immediately contact us with photographs of the damage.
After receiving your return request, we will send you an acknowledgement email and verify your claim. Following verification, the refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days; refunds may sometimes take up to 28 business days to be completed.
For international orders, please be aware that our return policy does not apply, and we will not process returns from outside our country.
Additionally, return shipping charges be it Domestic or International are the responsibility of the customer (except when the products’ packaging is damaged).
All returns or exchanges are subject to Priyanka International’s discretion. Please review these guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

Cancellation
Order Cancellation & Request Withdrawal Policy
If you cancel a product after payment, then you will get back the amount. However, depending on the other expenses, we may deduct a certain amount as a cancellation charge.
1. Order Cancellation
  • Eligibility: Orders can be cancelled before shipment initiation. Once the delivery process has started, cancellations are not possible. 
  • Procedure: To cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email. 
  • Refund Adjustments: If you cancel a fully or partially paid order, the payment gateway fee and any applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be returned using the original payment method or provided as store credit with lifetime validity.
2. Request Withdrawal (Dropping)
  • Timing: If you wish to drop your request, please do so within 24 hours of submitting your order. 
  • Charges: Withdrawal will incur an exchange charge, which will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Restrictions: Orders that include items with pullover, pico, and falls sewing are not eligible for withdrawal. Additionally, revised orders cannot be cancelled or dropped.
Priyanka International maintains and beholds all authority to unilaterally make changes, alter or impose more conditions as and when it deemed suitable and required by the law.
